Most streamed songs on Spotify

This week we take a look at the most streamed songs on Spotify. 

Spotify launched in 2008, and since then, more than 300 million people use it every month to listen to their favorite artists. So, let's get on with the list!

The most-streamed song on Spotify is Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" which holds the title since September of 2017. As of now, it has more than 2,619,088,023 streams. In the second place comes Post Malone's featuring 21 Savage "Rockstar", and in the third place is Drake's "One Dance", which is also the first song to hit the 1 billion streams mark, back in 2016.

As for the lead artist with the most songs in the top 100 list, the title goes to Post Malone with a total of 7 songs, trailed by Ed Sheeran with 5. The Weeknd, Image Dragons, Justin Bieber and Dua Lipa are all in the 3rd place, with 4 songs each.
